- Meet and Greet - your driver will arrive and wait at your Airport Arrivals area with a name board, for when your flight lands - we check arrivals times to ensure we are there when you are.
- The price quoted for all airport drop offs includes the compulsory 'drop off' charge - these costs are automatically applied to all vehicles dropping off passengers and therefore are unavoidable (currently LGW and LHR charge £5 per drop off)
- The price quoted for all airport meet and greet pick ups include the cost of car parking, and time assigned waiting for you to come through to arrivals.
- we do not apply any other costs to your trip after the initial quote.
- all quotes include any additional surcharges accrued on the journey, including Tolls and Congestion Charges - you will not pay more than the quoted price.

Wedding 'Shuttle' Service
If you're planning a wedding or attending one in the Sussex Area, we can provide a shuttle service to and from the venue or reception. Email us for a quote or to discuss your requirements. We can even 'dress' the car for the occasion.

- Can I pay by Debit or Credit Card? - Yes. We have a contactless card machine on board.
- Is the vehicle Covid-19 safe? - All touch points are wipe clean after each journey. Hand sanitiser is always carried on board.
- Can I eat or drink in the vehicle? - We don't allow food or hot drinks in the Taxi, complimentary water is provided for airport trips.
- Do you have space for luggage? - Yes, we have a large capacity for luggage, even with six passengers.
- Do you allow dogs to travel in your Taxi? - Yes, we can accommodate well behaved dogs.
- Are there any extra charges? - All quotes are inclusive, no hidden costs.
- I'm a business do you offer corporate accounts? - Please contact us via the form below to discuss your requirements.
- Can your Taxi accommodate wheelchairs? - We have space in the boot for a collapsible wheelchair, but unfortunately we do not have wheelchair access capabilities, and therefore cannot accomated passengers who require transportation whilst in their chair.
- I need a package delivered, can you do this for me? - we are more than happy to delivery packages - we would required payment in advance for this service.
- How do i know my taxi has arrived? - your driver will contact you on arrival by text, phone, Whatsapp or Messenger to advise of his arrival.
- Can you pick up my children on their own, how do I know they will be safe? - Our driver is fully DBS checked, as required by Mid Sussex District Council Taxi Licencing.
- Do you provide child car seats? - We can provide car seats for children from birth to 10 years old, alternatively if you wish to provide your own, we are more than happy to accommodate this. Please book this in advance of your journey.
- Do you have Wifi? - Currently we don't provide free Wifi, we are looking into installing capabilities in the near future.
